  1. Include a statement about the availability of accommodations on the syllabus.
  2. Provide and arrange for accommodations only for students who have documentation on file.
  3. Maintain the same standards for students with disabilities as for all other students.
  4. Negotiate with the student what accommodations will be used and how those accommodations will be implemented.
  5. Make course materials accessible.
  6. Consult with Student Disability Services for any special needs that may arise- e.g. testing accommodations, alternative formats.
  7. Maintain confidentiality.
