 4-H2O is a community-supported and field-based program that provides youth and adults with knowledge about their local water resources. It teaches them:
bullet field skills
bullet analytical skills
bullet critical thinking skills

Skills needed to intelligently participate in making decisions that affect the quality of these environments.
