  • Synthesis of 1,1’-oxalyldiimidazole (ODI) derivatives having various function groups
  • Development of highly sensitive ODI CL detection system capable of quantifying bio-molecules and environmental toxic chemicals dissolved in aqueous solution
  • Development of biochip and microchip capable of quantifying biomolecules
  • Development of portable micro total analysis systems (micro-TAS) with ODI CL detection and microfluidic device(s) capable of diagnosing various diseases (e.g., diabetes, porphyria, cancer) and detecting biological and chemical warfare agents
  • Development of statistical methods capable of enhancing sensitivity of micro-TAS
