The Department of Food, Nutrition and Packaging Sciences (FNPS) manages two undergraduate degrees, one in Food Science and one in Packaging Science, and three graduate programs: M.S. in Food, Nutrition and Culinary Sciences (thesis and non-thesis), M.S. in Packaging Science and Ph.D. in Food Technology. FNPS is dedicated to the continuing development and practice of creative teaching, innovative research and high impact public service programs.
