Campus Recreation is proud to introduce F45 to Clemson University! F45 Training combines elements of High–Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training. The fusion of these three training concepts has led to the development of 31 different, 45 minute workout experiences, with more in development by the F45 Athletics Department. This combination of interval, cardiovascular, and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building a lean muscle.

F45 fall classes began on Wednesday, August 22. F45 passes can be purchased at the Campus Recreation Welcome Center. Find more information on pricing and details here. See how to register or cancel registration here.
