We All Live Downstream...
Stormwater is the runoff that occurs from rain, irrigation and snow melt and everything that is picked up along the way as this untreated runoff travels downhill into our streams, rivers and lakes.

Anderson and Pickens Counties along with the cities of Anderson, Belton, Easley, Liberty, and Pickens have collaborated with Clemson University's Carolina Clear program to educate and involve residents in stormwater management.
