CIECD faculty and staff work collaboratively to help build strong South Carolina communities by providing individuals and groups of people with the skills they need to effect change in their own communities. Our Community Development programming covers a broad spectrum of issues including at-risk youth, military family support, sustainable living and learning environments and the visual and performing arts.
