Academic Achievement

How do you define success?

Your classes will prepare you with the technical knowledge needed for your career. Consider how you will define your success each semester and how you will determine if you need to make adjustments. If at any point you find you need a little extra assistance, we have a team of faculty, staff, and peers ready to help you.

We offer several formats to support engineering, math, science, and computer science coursework. Seek help early through any of our campus providers. The schedule for College supported tutoring services is available on our Tutoring webpage.

Study Spaces
Where you study matters. There are several places around campus where you can study including the Why in Holtzendorff Lobby, the Fluor Study Hall in Freeman, the Academic Success Center, and the Cooper Library. Some areas offer quite spaces while others are setup for studying in groups or collaborating on projects. To find out which spaces require appointments and which space suit your needs check the online reservation system.

Study Groups
You can connect with classmates to form a study group using the Study Buddies feature in CU Navigate. This mobile application allows you to connect with students in your courses that are interested in forming a study group.

Clemson offers optional academic workshops on a variety of topics including note taking, avoiding procrastination, and preparing for mid-terms and finals.
