International Employment
United States federal law regulates the employment of international individuals in the USA. The United States and several foreign countries have entered into tax treaties which have provisions relating to professors, teachers, and students. These treaties are revised from time to time; therefore, appointments are offered through Ask-HR by clicking on the appropriate following link, prior to the employee starting work.

Tiger One
Clemson University requires that all students, employees, and affiliates have an official ID card. The official ID card is to be in the possession of an individual at all times and presented upon request to any University Official. The intent of the ID card is for enhanced safety and security on campus. The new cards are the first phase of the Identity Management (IDM) project on Clemson University’s campus.
