Anna Hall received the Early Career Research Award from American Educational Research Association‘s Early Education and Child Development Special Interest Group. The PNC Foundation has awarded a $50,000 grant to Project BEEMS (Building Environments for Early Mathematics Success). Clemson education professor Jonda C. McNair has been named a co-editor of Language Arts, a leading national education journal. Hans Klar has received the 2015 Journal of Educational Administration Highly Commendable Paper Award. Dr. Phinnize J. Fisher Middle School is the first STEAM middle school in Greenville County. This is the key finding of a new study led by Faiza Jamil in collaboration with researchers from Northwestern University and the University of Virginia. Eugene T. Moore School of Education awarded $1.1 million grant in an effort to increase the number of college faculty focused on special education issues in high-needs schools. Pamela Havice has been named director of the Faculty Council for the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA). Rob Knoeppel has received the Educational Considerations Scholarly Paper Award for the second consecutive year.
