Research interest:
Utilize fat energy in ruminant diets to maximize animal productive efficiency under stressful situations. Improve animal productive efficiency by regulating cellular metabolism in ruminant species via control of fatty acids that act as regulators of cell function and tissue metabolism. Modify the type and amount of fat in meat and milk to further enhance the contribution of animal products to healthful diets.
