Study Abroad Programs Offered in Summer 2013
Over the course of four weeks, you will experience the history, culture, and food of the country, while earning six academic credits. Students will sample the regional cuisine, while learning about flavor development, sensory evaluation, nutrition, and the art of eating (through eating!).
- Clemson faculty will lead course-related trips to surrounding cities
- Personal travel on the weekends is available
- No prerequisite courses required
- All students pay in-state tuition
