Black Appointed to Board of Directors for National Agricultural Organization
St. Paul, MN (July, 2012) – Katie Black, Coordinator of Student Relations & Recruitment at Clemson University - CAFLS, was appointed to a two-year term on the Board of Directors for the National Agricultural Alumni and Development Association (NAADA). Black will serve as the organization’s Student Professional Track Representative, and organize and plan all aspects of the educational sessions at the Annual Conference specific to alumni professionals.
Black’s term of service began on June 20 with that of more than 20 other Board Members from across the United States during NAADA’s 37th Annual Conference hosted by the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY.

The Professional Achievement Award is given to recognize individuals for their significant career activities and accomplishments, leadership activities in professional and community organizations, other awards and recognitions. They also must be employed by a NAADA member institution with responsibilities for agricultural alumni, development or student service programs.
