SCCSA Reunion
The reunion plans are set for the SCCSA class of 2008! The reunion is a great opportunity for past participants to not just reunite, but also experience agriculture and natural resources in our state capital.
Reunion Schedule
| 9:30am | Arrive at Columbia State Farmers Market to meet vans for departure to Harbison State Forest |
| 10:00am | Tour and hike at Harbison State Forest with Forestry Commission Education Coordinator, Jerry Shrum. |
| 12:00pm |
Catered lunch at the Harbison State Forest. ($10.00 per person-Checks should be made payable to Clemson University Foundation and mailed with your registration form.) |
| 1:00pm | Leave for Capitol Complex---downtown Columbia |
| 1:30pm | Tour State House and visit a Legislative Session. Students
will
be introduced by the Agriculture Chairman in the Chamber. |
| 2:30pm |
Visit the SCDA offices for an ice cream social with Commissioner Weathers and Department of Agriculture staff. |
| 3:30pm | Tour of either the State Veterinarian Lab in NE Columbia or Walter P. Rawl's Farm in Lexington County |
| 5:00pm | Return to the Columbia Farmers Market for departure home |
