Without corporate sponsorship, SERLC would not have become the success that it has been in recent years. The small size and intimate setting of this conference allows for ample opportunity to meet and network directly with researchers working in the field and will provide a highly focused opportunity to educate existing and future clientele about your products and services, as well as to gauge demand and interest in potential future products.
The majority of the funds we seek will be used for travel and registration costs for plenary lecturers, travel award winners, and fees related to the conference site.
The levels of sponsorship with specific benefits are outlined below.
Benefits: A large advertisement on our website and link to your website, registration fee* waived for up to three representatives, a full page advertisement in the conference program, a booth in the poster session area, and a large banner (to be supplied by company) at the front of the meeting room.
Benefits: A large advertisement on our website and link to your website, registration fee* waived for two representatives, a half page advertisement in the conference program, and a booth in the poster session area.
Benefits: An advertisement on our website and link to your website, registration fee* waived for one representative, and a quarter-page advertisement in the conference program.
Our plan is to be very sponsor friendly by giving your company maximum exposure at the 2012 SERLC.
