Farmer’s Market

For the 2009 season the SOF will be holding an independent farmer's market on the Clemson University campus at the site of the student farm. The farmer's market and CSA pickup will coincide for the convenience of CSA members. The campus farmer's market will be open

Wednesdays starting in late May from 3:30 until 6:30 p.m. and continue each Wednesday through early fall.

 

Directions to the farm: Turn off of Perimeter Rd. onto Old Stadium Rd. (next to the Administrative Services Building).  Go approximately ¼ mile and turn onto the first dirt road on your right and continue on that road, staying to the right and passing the aquaculture ponds on the left, until you reach the Learning Lab building with the green, V-shaped roof. This is the site for the farmer's market and CSA pick-up.

 

Another Local Farmer's Market:

In the past the Clemson Student Organic Farm has participated as a vendor at the Pendleton Farmer’s Market located on the Village Green next to the Farmer’s Hall on South Mechanic Street in Pendleton, SC. This market is held on Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings.
