Food Safety and Nutrition

Food safety and nutrition programs have been integral to Clemson Extension throughout its history. Proper food storage methods and preservation techniques helped South Carolinians extend their harvests, saving food and money. Nutrition clinics and programs helped citizens improve their diets and health.

Clemson Extension continues to offer a wide-array of food safety and nutrition programs today.
