$200 Million in Cotton

South Carolina farms annually grow more than $200 million in cotton. Every year, newly released cotton cultivars are compared to older, more established cultivars. From the research done at Clemson University and in fields across the state at the Research and Education Centers, to the Extension agents on farms, Clemson University employees work hard to be on the cutting edge of agronomic research to provide the most accurate data and support to South Carolinia farmers.
