The 4-H Volunteer Conference of Southern States, formerly known as Southern Region Leaders Forum, is designed to engage 4-H Volunteers and staff across the southern region, in contemporary educational opportunities, that will impact, enhance and foster quality, excellence and achievement in the essential elements of youth development programming.

The mission of the conference is provide experiential educational opportunities to 4-H volunteers and staff across the southern region, which are designed to improve the quality of 4-H programming in their own activities, projects, clubs and communities.

4-H: Sharing Our Stories 2015 Conference

  • Workshops & Seminars are instructional in-depth sessions engaging learners and instructors in exploration of trends, information, or programming relative to essential elements. 90 minute sessions.  

  • Poster Sessions are graphic displays which provide information and encourage informal discussion on topics similar to program seminars.

  • Experiential Learning Labs are intensive learning opportunities that includes the more in-depth exploration of an area with a variety of learning structures and strong reflective piece.
