Plants for Floating Treatment Wetlands

Instead of using free-floating plants, such as water hyacinth, water lettuce, or duckweed (which are invasive).
Floating treatment wetlands accommodate emergent plants, which greatly expands the plant palette. The table below lists a selection of species that have been used in floating treatment wetlands research.
