Reginald Wallace began his career in architecture in 1998, drafting retail strip centers, drug stores, and significant big box retail improvements. In 2002, he transitioned to residential architecture, designing luxury homes exceeding 10,000 square feet, multifamily residences, and planned unit developments across the Southeastern states of South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Finally, in 2007, Reginald transitioned to the “dark side” and entered the development arena with distinguished firms including Kahn Development (SC), Walt Disney World (FL), and DeBartolo Development (FL).

Over his career, Reginald’s responsibilities have encompassed the full life cycle of a deal beginning with site selection and acquisitions, and progressing through preliminary site planning, proforma and cash flow modeling, establishing budgets, entitlement approval, overseeing design and construction phases, and finally disposition. In addition, he has negotiated numerous joint ventures.

Reginald, from South Carolina, is an alumni of Clemson University. He is a family man; married with two small boys. Beyond real estate, you’ll find him at his local church, various baseball tournaments, or at the beach!
