Request Services
Which form do I use?
If you are planning an in-person event, please fill out the Event Request Form to be approved by the CAAC Events Coordinator, Kelli Burnett. If you indicate that marketing assistance is needed, the MarCom team will be notified and reach out to you to develop a marketing plan for the event after it has been approved. You do not need to fill out a Marketing and Communications Request form in addition to the Event Request Form.
For all other marketing and communications needs, such as website updates, story ideas, or publication designs, please fill out the Marketing and Communications Request form.
Please note that all requests from faculty and staff must first be approved by the appropriate department chair or director.

Profile Update Instructions
- If your profile does not come up, contact Eduardo Nieves at envs@clemson.edu for assistance.
- At a minimum, fill out the following fields, First Name, Last Name, Credentials, Position, Office, Office Phone, and Biographical Narrative.
- Click “Save Changes” before clicking on the Publications or Photos/CV links. If you don’t save first you will lose your changes.
- For Courses and Research Interests, keep them short and focused. Although you can add a lot of content, it does not display well.
- Fill out “Web Site” field if you have a personal website you would like to feature.
- Appointment link is for your “Navigate 360” link if you have one for scheduling appointments.
- Use the “Publications” link to enter your books or Journal articles.
- Use Photos/CV to update your large and thumbnail profile picture, and upload your CV.
- Your headshot image must be cropped to 300px by 300px. Use the same image for both locations. Uploading large uncropped images will crash the form. If you don't know how to crop and resize a photo in Photoshop, here are instructions.
- Your CV should be uploaded as a PDF.
CAAC Events Calendar
The CAAC Events calendar is a centralized planning calendar to assist each of our units in scheduling events to not overlap or conflict with one another. Please refer to the calendar below to check on what else is happening in our College before finalizing the date, time or location of your event.
