Request Services
Which form do I use?
If you are planning an in-person event, please fill out the Event Request Form to be approved by the CAAC Events Coordinator, Kelli Burnett. If you indicate that marketing assistance is needed, the MarCom team will be notified and reach out to you to develop a marketing plan for the event after it has been approved. You do not need to fill out a Marketing and Communications Request form in addition to the Event Request Form.
For all other marketing and communications needs, such as website updates, story ideas, or publication designs, please fill out the Marketing and Communications Request form.
Please note that all requests from faculty and staff must first be approved by the appropriate department chair or director.
