CAAC Building and Operations Information
Events and Reservations
If you're planning to hold a meeting or event in Lee Hall, CAAC has a number of resources and procedures in place to help ensure that your event can be successful and safe. Whether you are a faculty member, staff or student, please review the information below as you make your preparations.
-
Space Reservations
Space within Lee Hall can be reserved for small and large-scale events during the hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday by completing the CAAC Space Request Form.
Please note if you are planning an event and require assistance from the CAAC Events planner, you will need to fill out the Event Registration/Planning Request Form in lieu of the CAAC Space Request Form.
Reservations are based on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations are subject to cancellation if a faculty member or university administrator requests the space for instruction or business. Guests must comply with the university policy regarding alcohol, tobacco, and safety regulations.
Lee Hall is an academic environment, and it is the CAAC operations staff's responsibility to ensure that the building is available to all Lee Hall students, faculty and staff who are studying/projects in a safe and unobtrusive setting. Meetings should be conducted with respect and decorum for their audience as well as students working in Lee Hall complex. Offenders may lose privileges from using the facility. For additional questions, please contact caacoperations@clemson.edu
The Department of Campus Reservations and Events offers additional conference rooms, classrooms, and outdoor spaces. Please use the appropriate online form to make a request. If you require any further assistance, please contact Reservation Services at
Please see the Clemson University Facility Use Policy for additional information.

Event Planning
To obtain assistance with events from the CAAC Events Planner in the College of Architecture, Art and Construction, please complete Event Registration/Planning Request form. Large-scale events (typically 200+ attendees) require a minimum of six weeks' notice. The event form allows flexibility for the aspects of the event you would like to plan, and eliminates the need for separate space and marketing request forms. All events need to at least be registered. This will ensure that they are on both the CAAC Calendar, Clemson Events Calendar, and (if required) registered with the Special Events Review Board. If the event requires assistance from Marketing and Communications, they will receive a copy of the completed form to begin their marketing plan. For questions about event planning, contact Kelli Burnett, CAAC Events Coordinator.
