4-H Alumni

Calling all 4-H Alumni

Picture of all-boys 4-H club
Millions of young people in South Carolina have been involved in 4-H since the first corn club in 1908. 4-H alumni can spend hours talking about the good old days in 4-H. Since 4-H is celebrating 100 years, the State 4-H Teen Council is issuing a 4-H Alumni Challenge to all Clemson Extension offices in the state to collect 4-H alumni names.

Anyone who has ever been a member of 4-H (either here in South Carolina or from anywhere in the country) is asked to contact Daniel Bozard (dbozard@clemson.edu) to get their names on record. Many Extension offices will be hosting alumni events and there will be a statewide 4-H Reunion in the fall. Please share this information with anyone you know who is a 4-H alumni.

The mission of the South Carolina 4-H Alumni Association is to connect the past, present and future 4-H’ers to support the 4-H youth development experience with enthusiasm and energy.
