ADVANCED DEGREE COMPENSATION

Compensation for employees who obtain advanced education degrees, which are directly related to their current position, will be considered in July following graduation. County Extension Agents who receive a masters degree will be compensated with a salary base increase of $2,000, guidelines permitting. Individuals receiving Ph.D degrees will receive market-driven compensation not to exceed ten (10) percent of their salary without special approval of the President.
