Spreadsheet Modeling & Decision Analysis with Excel: A distance education course to learn how to make use of Excel in the development of managerial decision models and applications.

Farm Management for Beginners: A distance education course to learn the basics of farm business operations including: commodities, ranch business, land leasing, tax, machinery, finance, pricing, and costs of production.

Statistics for Business: A distance education course to learn an estimate a product’s demand curve, simulate stock performance over a year, estimate the probabilities of equipment failure and model business uncertainties.

Farm Enterprise Productivity Analysis (FEPA): Learn how to create your own farm enterprise and perform productivity and financial feasibility analysis with the help of Clemson University Extension software. Bring your farm production records to test the financial feasibility. This training has been designed for any grower, FSA officer, landowner, lender, rancher or extension specialist with farm enterprise responsibilities. Laptops will be available to participants. However, we encourage participants to bring their own laptops. Training makes use of Excel spreadsheet templates. Microsoft Excel experience not required. Farm Accounting and Financial Analysis (FAFA) – Producer Training: An educational training to learn the basics of farm accounting and farm financial analysis. This successful training program featured by Agrisolutions Inc. is essential for agribusinesses, agricultural producers and financial institutions to adequately measure financial position and financial performance. Fee: $500  

Agribusiness Operations Management:  An educational training to learn the basics of business and economics concepts related to operational and tactical problems in an agricultural business and the management tools and methods used to address these problems. Participants will increase awareness of the importance and role of information technology in the decision making process. This course will also provide an overall framework for logical thinking processes and critical evaluation of business conditions relative to business operations, supply chain management, six sigma in food and agriculture.
