If you plan to stay overnight for the conference, we have a block of rooms reserved at the James F. Martin Inn.  You are responsible for making your own lodging reservations.  Rooms are available starting the night of Sunday, February 3, 2013 – you may choose to stay Sunday night in order to be ready for registration on Monday morning (Regional Lead Agents will meet Monday morning).  We have obtained a waiver for overnight travel so that people living within 50 miles or less are still allowed to submit the hotel charges on their travel.  Our reservation code for these rooms is CCI-GF10043 and the deadline for making reservations is December 4, 2012.  The group rate is $99 (singles/doubles).  Space is limited, so please try to book double occupancy whenever possible.  Reservations can be made by calling 1-864-654-9020 or 1-888-654-9020 (Toll Free).

There will also be overflow rooms available at the Clemson Comfort Inn.  The group code is 1030356 or guests can simply use the group name “PSA/Extension Conference” if you choose to book there.  The cost is $68 for either a double queen or king room.  The deadline for making reservations at this location is January 3, 2013.  Reservations can be made by calling 1-864-653-3600.
