The charge of the Southern Region 4-H Volunteer Forum is to increase the capacity of volunteers and salaried staff in their role to achieve the 4-H Youth Development mission in the Cooperative Extension System.A committee of volunteers and staff representing the 13 southern region states plan and conduct the Forum.

Traditionally held at Rock Eagle 4-H Conference Center in Eatonton, Georgia, the forum has moved to a different location this year and is hosted by the State of Oklahoma at the C.A. Vines Arkansas 4-H Center in Little Rock.
