State 4-H Congress is South Carolilna's Top 4-H Event. Senior 4-H Members (ages 14-19) who meet eligibilty requirements, will spend four days on campus to learn about community involvement, cultural diversity and service to others while making new friends. South Carolina's best dressed event is the State 4-H Congress Awards Banquet where 4-H'ers meet donors who support the 4-H program throughout the year . State Winners, National Congress Delegates, National Conferenece Delegates and Presidential Tray Recipients are announced during the awards program, followed by the Clover Ball.
