4-H Super Sitter Workshop
This 2 day comprehensive Babysitter Course is for young adults ages 12 and older. 
The course will cover:
- First Time Babysitting
- All About Babies
- Safety First
- Toddlers & Tykes
- Snacks
- Super Sitter Fun Bag
- Marketing
All participants will receive:
- Super Sitter's Resource Guide
- Emergency Care and First Aid Manual
- Super Sitter's Idea Book
- Certificate of Completion for Marketing
Parents are invited to attend a parent program on the last day.Bring bag lunch.
The first 4-H Super Sitter Workshop was offered in Bamberg County in 1998. Since 1998, eleven workshops have been offered in Bamberg and Barnwell Counties and 104 youth have completed the course. Super Sitters is a 4-H Child Development Project.
To register, mail completed registration form and check to Bamberg Extension Office or email Shannon Herndon at sbhrndn@clemson.edu.

American Heart Association Family and Friends CPR and First Aid Workshop - December 2013
This is a great opportunity for youth to learn CPR and first aid. American Heart Association Family and Friends CPR and First Aid for Children will be presented by Bernadette St. John at the Bamberg Extension Office. Open to youth ages 12 and older who have taken or are planning to take the 4-H Super Sitter Workshop. Registration includes two student manuals and a completion card which can be used to help market Super Sitters. Manuals will be sent to you ahead of time for review prior to the workshop. Bring a bag lunch.

- Cost: $20 for 4-H members/$30 non 4-H members
