4-H Junior Leadership

The purpose of 4-H Junior Leadership is to teach youth ages 11-13 the importance of understanding themselves as a leader, the value of teamwork, realistic goal setting, communication skills, community service learning, and money management. Through completion of a county-wide training, these youth will be prepared to assist their volunteer club leader with various aspects of club leadership and organization.   Training Outline (405 KB, PDF) - Brochure (107 KB, PDF).

 

State 4-H Ambassador Training

The purpose of the 4-H Ambassador Program is to enhance and utilize the leadership, citizenship, and communication skills of 4-H teens and volunteers. They will then be prepared to actively educate the public about the South Carolina 4-H Program and the important youth and community issues 4-H addresses. Ambassadors are the public image of 4-H across the state.
