Master Gardening Training Course

Is your thumb green?  Do you want to know how to make your brown thumb turn green? Do you thirst for more knowledge about your home landscape? Can you commit to putting your knowledge and skills to work through volunteer service?  If you answered yes, then the South Carolina Master Gardener program may be for you!  The Clemson Extension Master Gardener Program trains, selects, and utilizes knowledgeable volunteers to facilitate the educational work of the local Consumer Horticulture Agent, by delivering researched-based information to citizens of the state.

The Master Gardener Training Course will begin on January 31, 2012 at 6 pm at the Clemson Extension Office.  If you are interested in taking the Master Gardener Training Course please contact the office and speak to Carrie Trebil.

Registration for the 2012 Clarendon County Master Gardener Training Course is now open.  Registration closes January 27, 2012.

Four Seasons Lunch Series

Join us one Wednesday a month to learn about different topics in and around your garden, for all the seasons. The Four Seasons Lunch Series is a partnership of the Town of  Turbeville and the Clemson Extension Service in Clarendon County. The lunch series meets at noon at Turbeville Town Hall.
