Food Safety

The foodservice industry provides work for 13.1 million individuals, making it the second largest employer besides government.  This industry is very proactive in providing training and education opportunities for its employees, particularly in the area of food safety.  To help this important industry, a wide variety of food safety training programs and training aids are available.
