Plant Description:
The name of Canna 'Yellow King Humbert' was selected because of this plant's beautiful yellow flowers. Leaf blades are large and oval shaped. Plants can grow to be over 60 inches tall. Rhizomes measure approximately 1.5 inches in diameter.
Flowers are yellow in color with crinkled petals.
Yellow King Humbert Canna is a highly popular ornamental that has been evaluated extensively for use in constructed wetlands. Like other cannas, it has the ability to remove large amounts of nutrient contamination from water.
