Plant Description:
Golden Canna leaves are large and oval shaped measuring 1-2 feet in length and 3-6 inches in width. Flowers are short stalked and yellow. Seeds are brown and nearly spherical. Flowering occurs in the summer and quickly gives way to fruiting. This plant produces a fleshy underground storage organ (rhizome).
Golden Canna lives in moist areas such as marshes and along the banks of bodies of water.
