Plant Description:
Variegated celery is an herbaceous perennial that has a creeping habit. It grows to be approximately 6 inches tall. Leaves are finely dissected and variegated. Foliage colors include pink, cream, and green. Flowering occurs in the summer. Flower groupings appear as flat disks of many white flowers.

Variegated celery grows in full sun or shade in wet areas. The plant can grow in shallow waters and along the edges of ponds. It is an example of an ornamental plant that has demonstrated nutrient removal qualities.
