Assassin Bug

This beneficial insect helps rid our gardens and landscapes of unwanted plant pests. Both adults and nymphs feed on other insects by inserting their needle-like mouthparts and sucking out their prey's juices. Assassin bugs vary in color depending on the species, but all of them have narrow bodies with long, piercing mouthparts.
