Damsel Bug
Damsel bugs are important predators that feed on plant pests such as aphids, beetle larvae, caterpillars (shown in photo), and other soft-bodied insects. Damsel bugs are dull brown with light and dark markings. They are more elongated than other bugs and have thickened forelegs for grasping prey. They also have fairly long antennae.
Control: These are our friends. Controls are not necessary.
