The field day event is free and open to anyone. However, if you eat lunch or play golf, a nominal fee will be collected.

8:30-9:00am     Registration is in the new Sweetgrass Pavilion Conference Center (conveniently situated adjacent to the Harbor Pro Shop) at Wild Dunes.  From there, we will grab golf carts from the pro shop and head out onto the course to review the plots, ask questions, etc.

8:30-11:00am    PRE Poa control in Overseeded Ryegrass Fairway

•    Golf will begin at 11:00.  We will be limited to 40-45 people.


•    CEU credit approved for SC & GA Licensed Pesticide Applicators. Please list ALL license numbers on the recertification sign-in form if you have more than one, i.e., Private, Commercial or Noncommercial.
NOTE: Social security numbers cannot be used in lieu of license numbers. GCSAA PTI credits applied for.

Directions: Wild Dunes is located on the Isle of Palms just east of Mount Pleasant. Turn onto Hwy 517 towards Is. of Palms. Turn left onto Hwy 703 on the Isle of Palms. To enter the property, indicate to the guard at the gate you are attending the Clemson Poa field day at the Harbor Course. Proceed to the Harbor Pro Shop (on the left) adjacent to the Sweetgrass Pavilion Conference Center.
