The silver tank is a gasoline tank for the engine. The anchor is the tractor the machine is attached to (to the right). The hose reel on top of the machine is used solely to transport the hose between locations. Unlike a hard hose traveler, the hose on a soft hose traveler must be completely unrolled before the operating the system (due to the characteristics of the hose).
