Want to Help?

Sponsorship Letter

This event would not be so successful without lots of community involvement and support. There are many ways families, businesses, and communities can help!

1) Financial donations of any amount, small or large, are appreciated and will go into our general fund to help pay for shavings, arena rental, supplies, judge’s fees, or other awards.

2) Financial donations may be designated for specific sponsorships. For example, $200 would cover the premiums for the Commercial Heifer Show, $300 would sponsor a breed show, a Showmanship Buckle can be sponsored for $200, the Sales Talk Contest can be sponsored for $300, or a scholarship or cash award can be started for varying amounts.

3) Product donations will be used as Cattlemen’s Contest or other contest awards.

4) VOLUNTEER! Round-Up requires the help of many people to run. We are always searching for volunteers to help coordinate specific events or even just an extra pair of hands that weekend. If you have some free time or want to give back just let us know and we can sure use your help!

Please contact us if you would like to help support this worthwhile event! Thank you for your consideration!

Depending on the level of sponsorship, recognition can include:

  • Logo and link from our website
  • Listed in Round-Up Handbook
  • Announced over PA System
  • Banner/signage in main arena
  • Vendor/display space in main arena
  • Opportunity to address audience
  • Access to audience to provide programming
  • Logo on t-shirts

We are flexible! Let us know your recognition ideas and we will work with you!
