We must have your name and mailing address to add you to the mailing list.  Completion of this form does not obligate you to take the training, nor does it guarantee a spot in the next CAMM training.  Your contact information will not be sold to or shared with other companies or agencies and your name will only be added to the Confined Animal Manure Managers training notification mailing list.
