2014 Bare Root Plant & Tree Sale
Featuring Fruit Trees, Berries, Flowering Shrubs and More!

Bare root trees are young trees that dug from fields where they are grown while they are dormant. They are shipped without soil around their roots but are packaged to prevent desiccation. Bare root trees are young, vigorously growing trees are easily established with proper planting and care. Each order comes with a care and planting tip sheet and Master Gardeners will be on hand to answer your questions on pick up day!

Order Pick up is Friday, December 12th from 9am-5:30pm at the Clemson University Coastal Research & Education Center located at 2865 Savannah Hwy Charleston SC 29414 Other dates and times may be available by appointment contact Derrick Phinney at for details.

Ask A Clemson Extension Master Gardener!

The mission of the Clemson Extension Master Gardener Program is to select, train and utilize knowledgeable volunteers to facilitate the educational work of the local Urban Horticulture Agent by delivering research-based information to the citizens of the state.  These knowledgeable volunteers work diligently to staff "Ask A Master Gardener" offices in each of the three county and are ready to help you with your gardening and horticulture questions!
