Sign up now to learn how to grow a garden full of fresh vegetables! This four week course will cover the basics of vegetable gardening in the Lowcountry plus how to can and preserve your harvest! Students will spend two weeks learning how to have a successful fall garden and two classes on how to preserve the harvest.
