Commercial and Educational Exhibits

You are invited to participate as an exhibitor (commercial or educational) at the National Association of County Agricultural Agents Annual Meeting and Professional Improvement Conference. The conference and trade show will be held at the Charleston Area Convention Center, 5001 Coliseum Drive, North Charleston, South Carolina July 15 through 19, 2012. This conference is an opportunity to showcase the products and services of your company to more than 1,000 Cooperative Extension Agents from across the United States. 

Cooperative Extension Agents are a link to thousands of potential customers who may learn about your products and services through the Extension programs they manage. These agents may use the products and services in their educational and research roles. Your company will gain by participating in the 2012 NACAA AM/PIC and so will the conference attendees that are exposed to your presence.

Your exhibit will be located on the floor of the conference center exhibition hall which will offer excellent conference attendee traffic flow. Exhibit hours are 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm July 15, and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm July 16 and 17. 

A basic booth space package may be leased at a rate of $500.00 for commercial exhibits, and a rate of $100.00 for educational exhibits. Multiple booth space packages may be leased at these rates if additional space is required. A booth space package includes:

1-10’ x 10’ booth with 8’ high back wall drape, 3’ high side drape
1- Booth ID sign
1-Table
2-Chairs
1-Waste basket

Additional on-site exhibitor services (electricity, internet connectivity, etc.) can be provided by the official services contractor, George Fern Company. Download their Exhibitors Service Manual for more information.

Exhibitors are asked to register each exhibit staff participant (fee waived) for the 2012 NACAA AM/PIC here after submitting the booth space application so that essential conference and trade show information can be received upon  arrival and check-in (conference registration desk).
