White-tailed Deer Camera Survey Techniques

White-tailed deer management can be challenging. And wether you are managing for wildlife or timber, white-tailed deer are certain to be a consideration. This webcast will discuss how to conduct a camera survey to estimate populations and the quality of a white-tailed deer herd. Discussion will focus on when, where and how to locate cameras in order to adequately estimate deer population size and characteristics.  A brief overview of camera types and models will be introduced. This webcast will be taught by Dr. Dave Guynn, Professor Emeritus, Clemson University and Member of the National Board of Directors for the Quality Deer Management Association.
