4-H cloverTurning ideas into action, 4-H youth are becoming everyday heroes who persevere through challenges to leave lasting, positive impacts on their communities. Through the work of caring mentors, 4-H - a positive youth development organization - is cultivating a growing number of America's youth to lead us in a Revolution of Responsibility. Their commitment challenges us all to join the movement toward meaningful change.  Saluda County 4-H offers programs, clubs and projects in animal agriculture and veterinary science, natural resources and the environment, gardening, leadership and citizenship, personal growth and development, and science, engineering and technology.

4-H Tech Camp                            June 6-7, 2017               $20          Robotics, electricity and rocketry for youth ages 9 and up

Kids in the Kitchen                        June 14-16, 2017          $20           Basic cooking for youth ages 5 to 12 years old

Kids in the Kitchen Advanced       June 27-29, 2017         $20            Advanced cooking for youth ages 10 and up

State 4-H Congress                      July 12-15, 2017          $275          4-day leadership event at Clemson University for high school

Beginners Sewing                        July 25-27, 2017           $25           Basic sewing for youth ages 9 and up

Advanced Sewing                        August 8-9, 2017          $25            Sewing for youth who have completed the Beginners Sewing
