The department of Campus Reservations and Events offers various types of reservable spaces to students, faculty and staff and non-affiliated guests as permitted by the facility use policy. These venues, include three large event and meeting venues as well as nine outdoor reservable spaces.

*We manage nine outdoor reservable spaces. These spaces include Bowman Field, Carillon Garden, Cox Plaza, Military Heritage Plaza, North Green, Outdoor Theater (Amphitheatre), Union Courtyard, Union Plaza, President's Rotunda, Hendrix Breezeway, and the Hendrix Lawn and its surrounding plazas.

Please note that reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly recommend submitting your request several months in advance for many of our spaces.
