CRP 4010 Introduction to City and Regional Planning

Rieta Drinkwine earned her Masters in Library Science from Indiana University Bloomington and has worked professionally as a librarian for a decade. Prior to returning to school at Clemson University to pursue a Masters in City and Regional Planning and a Doctorate in Planning, Design, and the Built Environment, she served as the Library Director for the Union County Library System in South Carolina. As Library Director, she collaborated closely with community organizations and government officials in the areas of community development and comprehensive planning. Her research interests include evaluating the role of public libraries in community development and urban planning, with a particular focus on information access in rural and marginalized communities. Currently, Rieta serves on the AAH Inclusion Council. Previously, she served on the Clemson Graduate Student Government.
