Effective immediately, Clemson University Municipal Court will hold court in our temporary courtroom located at 280 Seneca Creek Road, Seneca, SC. Day to day business will be conducted at our Tiger Boulevard address listed below. The courtroom is located in the building formerly housing the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying. Court dates for the next few months are: July 12, July 19, Aug. 9, Aug. 16, Sept. 13, Sept. 20, Oct. 4, Oct. 11, Nov. 1, Nov. 8, Dec. 6, and Dec. 13, 2021.

  • Clemson University’s Municipal Court will resume office hours of 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday beginning Monday, Aug. 31, 2020. You may reach the court at 864-656-5258.
  • Masks are mandatory for all appearances in our court. Your temperature will be taken when you arrive.
  • Our office is located at 1376 Tiger Boulevard, Suite 110, Clemson, SC-29631. If you would like to discuss your case with the charging officer or discuss a fine reduction or payment plan with the judge, appear at the above location on your scheduled court date and time.
  • There are several intervention program options for both traffic and criminal cases. Please click on the appropriate icon above for more information and how to sign up.
